In the teaching
English section, students will more feel fun when teacher have the other
technique to teach English. Teacher can ask students to create their creativity
task using timeline.

Teacher gives the task about procedure text. Students have
to make a timeline about procedure text in a group. The title is about “How to
make food (whatever they want)”
·
After that, students can share the timeline using media
social, like facebook or twitter.
·
Teacher and the other group of students can comment about
the task.
·
Mind mapping is
good idea for teaching students using technology. Teacher can ask students to
create mind mapping with topic that teacher give.
·
Teacher divide
students into four groups consists five students. In the last semester, teacher
give task about create mind mapping types of text. For example, Narrative text,
Recount text, Descriptive text and Procedure text.
·
The first group
will get Narrative text, the second group will get Recount text, the third
group will get Descriptive text and the fourth group will get Procedure text.
·
They will make
mind mapping and share the mind mapping to group class in Social media, such as
Whatsapp, Facebook and so on.
·
Teacher will
give assessment and the other students can give comment about the mind mapping.
·
Teaching
integrated skill is good for students. They are not only learn about listening
but they will also learn about speaking, reading and writing using webquest.
·
Teacher can
create webquest using video scribe. The content of video scribe is explaining
about conversation offering help.
·
Here, teacher
will play the video scribe in the class.
·
Then, teacher
asks students to read the conversation together.
·
After that,
teacher divide students into two groups and each group should give comment of
the conversation in the video.
·
As we know, that
teaching reading is boring activity. Teacher has to find the fun method to
teach reading for students. Comic is one tool that make reading activity is
more fun. Students can see the cute picture.
·
Teacher can
create the comic for teaching reading. For example, teacher will teach about
requesting. Teacher can create comic of two people that do request activity-using
pixton.
·
The students can
read the comic together.
·
After that,
students can practice in the in front of class in pairs.
·
Teaching writing
to students is not easy for teacher. We as teacher have to make them in process
good writer. Teacher can use titanpad to teach writing.
·
Teacher asks
every student to online in titanpad.
·
After that, they
have to join group and teacher can start invite them to write something.
·
For example,
teacher give topic about “Where is your holiday last month?” teacher also asks
students to give comment in every their friends story.
·
It is good way
to teach writing.
·
Teaching speaking
can use skype tool. It is efficient and effective way for students.
·
Teacher divide
students in pairs, after that using skype, teacher asks students to tell about their
experience go to zoo.
·
This way can
make them to showing up their creativity in speaking.
·
Teaching listening use podcast is good idea.
·
Teacher can record her/his voice about the material
that will teach in the class.
·
After that, teacher can upload the sound to
soundcloud tool.
·
Then, teacher can share in the group class. Teacher
asks to students to listen the podcast and make a summary.
·

9. CLASS MANAGEMENT
·
In the class
management, teacher can using tools in above. Teacher can use timer, class
grouping or doodle to make a plan for class activity.
·
Here, teacher
can join group of TEFL TEACHER to improve their ability in teaching students
and to solve the problem in teaching.
Teacher can join,
give comment and ask opinion about teaching students.
